Acts 2:36-41
That which is holy, is holy because God has touched it, consecrated it, made it unique and special, because He dwells there.
A Better Understanding / Perspective of Holiness
Jacob declares that God is present. Genesis 28:10-19
God’s glory filled the tabernacle. Exodus 40:34-35
God came and occupied human flesh. Luke 1:26-33; 2:6-7
God’s Spirit resides in every believer. Acts 2:36-38; 5:32
A Practical Application of Holiness
Knowing that God Lives in Me:
Is going to give me courage (Rom. 8:31; I John 4:4)
Is going to encourage me to feed myself accordingly (I Peter 1:13-16; 2:1-3)
Is going to prompt me to treat myself as such (I Peter 2:9)
