Nehemiah 8
The walls are rebuilt. The people are settled in.
Now the real work begins: Rebuilding hearts and lives.
Realization: They Knew They Needed More (vs. 1-2)
Reading: They Listened to the Law of God (vs. 3-8)
Regret: They Mourned Over the Failures (vs. 9)
Rejoicing: The Felt the Joy of the Lord (vs. 10-12)
Results: They Obeyed God’s Commands (vs. 13-18)
